Service Architecture
Apphub is a web-based remote device management solution. The AppHub solution includes: remote deployment and OTA, remote configuration and control, multi operating system support, real-time monitoring and alarm, edge container management to solve the pain points of device and system management, reduce cost and increase efficiency, and save time, labor and money.
The figure above shows the software architecture of AppHub, which is divided into device side and server side.
1) The device side is the windows, Linux and Android devices that need to be managed
AppHub edge agent software needs to be installed on the device side.
2) The server adopts BS architecture, which is divided into front-end and server background
Users can access and use AppHub related functions directly through the browser without installing other software. The server background use the micro services and provides restful API services. Servers can be deployed in a variety of ways. They can be deployed on servers in industrial sites, private clouds and public clouds, such as Advantech WISE-PaaS public cloud platform, Alibaba cloud, Microsoft cloud, etc.
3) Apphub mobile software
The AppHub mobile app is directly connected to the AppHub server. It can receive the abnormal alarm messages in real time, or view the received messages in real time through the mobile App to learn about the details. At present, the software can only support Android phones or tablets.
